Tahat Hotel (Tamanrasset)
The Tahat is the only
hotel in its standing established in Tamanrasset,
capital of Ahaggar. Tamanrasset
is located at 1385
m of altitude, in the Hoggar
massif, on the oued of Tamanrasset
which takes its source in the Atakor
mountain. Due to the altitude, the climate is exhilarating, winter is
soft and the temperature in summer is 35 °. Houses are red and the
panorama is splendid. This region is the country of Touaregs, the blue men. It is also a city-market
and a place of gathering for nomads who go through the Ahag'har country.
